Optical cleaner STS series
This is a water-based cleaner used in optical glass and lens manufacturing processes. It is available for general glass and soft glass, and enables cleaning without damage. It can remove both organic and inorganic dirt.
Features
- This is a water-based cleaner that can clean polishing materials, core oil, and pre-coating cleaning, discoloration cleaning by using in combination with three types of cleaners.
- It is possible to clean soft glass and blue glass such as FPL51 and FCD1 with minimal damage by combining STS-34 and STS-40.
- Vapor deposition film can also be removed by using a special release agent.
Application
STS-05: Alkaline cleaner for removing inorganic dirt on general glass
STS-34: Alkaline cleaner for removing inorganic dirt on soft glass
STS-40: Neutral cleaner for removing alkali and organic dirt.
STS-12: Release agent for removing vapor deposition film
