Message from the President

Chatting, eating and drinking with friends and family, going out at night with colleagues and friends for after parties, traveling to domestic and overseas ....
The ordinary lifestyle before COVID-19 pandemic has changed. Wearing a mask will be the norm for the generation born after the pandemic.

Business has also changed dramatically. Instead of face-to-face meetings, web-based one have become a main stream. Office documents, which had not been digitized, are now rapidly advancing in order to remote work, and a certain minister has even said that he will abolish the use of seals in administrative procedures.

What will the world be like in the next five to ten years?　I think many people feel very anxious. No one knows for sure. However, what I can say is that our predecessors have always walked toward the future, turning their anxiety into hope. Thanks to them, we are able to connect our life and live our lives. I really appreciate it.

It has been 65 years since Mabuchi S&T was established in Tatsuno-machi, Nagano Prefecture, the center of Japan. We have been able to continue our business thanks to the support of many people. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude. From its founding to the present, we have been supported by our alumni and colleagues. Thank you very much. In order to return our gratitude, I would like to make further efforts to contribute to the success and development of all of you by adhering to Loving Management rooted in the management concept and the Great Family Principle.

Together with our best fellows who are like a big family, we complement each other's performance and enhance each other, and with the best teamwork, we advance toward a future with infinite possibilities faster than anywhere else.
