Prism Angle Measuring Device PrismMaster Series
The measurement principle is based on an autocollimator. The prism under test is mounted on a high-precision air bearing rotating stage. A high-sensitivity CCD camera reads the image of the surface reflection and measures the prism apex angle with high accuracy.
Features
- It can measure even small samples (1 mm²), which could not be measured with the transmission method due to weak backside reflection, without any problem.
- The autocorimation image has a built-in image processing and analysis device, so it does not require any special skill to operate.
- The angle resolution of the autocolimator is 0.01 seconds, and the measurement accuracy of PM300 HR is 0.2 seconds, the highest accuracy in the world.
