Features
- Multiple parts such as barrels, lenses, spacers, etc., set on pallets are sucked and transported individually by a direct robot and assembled on the stage in turn. The finished products are transferred to another stage, temporarily cured by UV adhesion, and returned to the original tray. As an option, it is possible to detect the position of the gate cut on the lens by image processing and assemble while correcting the angle. The tray is replaced by the operator.
