Features
- Easy to control stable temperature, adjust pressurization, and change fixtures.
- Setup time can be significantly reduced by simply turning the knob left/right (radial direction) and up/down (vertical direction) for the weld prevention lever on the caulking jig (heated side).
- The use of a panel PLC has improved operability by making it possible to display messages and confirm the operation method, abnormal conditions, etc.
- The moving jig is available in horizontal, vertical, and fixed types, which can be selected (at the time of production).
- Two (280W) and four (560W) types of heaters are also available and selectable (at the time of production).
