- The 2340 type is a polishing slurry that enables 10nm (Rmax) surface roughness and scratch-free surface finish by mechano chemical polishing action with special composition liquid.
- The S type is a final polishing slurry for metal materials which is formulated with well balanced composition liquids that control selective processing, based on silica powder with good dispersibility.
