Lens Optical Axis Eccentricity Measuring + Core-to-Core VCM Optical Axis Coaxial Processing Device ATS Series
TRIOPTICS, which has been leading the field of optical measurement for many years, has developed a processing machine that incorporates its measurement technology.
While measuring the optical axis of the lens and coaxially aligning the optical axis with the axis of rotation, the flange reference surface and outer diameter of the cell (housing) are machined for centering.
Features
- Since the cell lens is processed while the optical axis is aligned, the optical axis of the lens and the axis of the cell are coaxial.
- The lens cell placed on the 4-axis alignable Carotte chuck (XYθα) enables positioning less than 0.1 μm before and after energizing, thus allows alignment in a short time after measuring.
- Flatness is less than 0.2μm after machining and about 0.01μm after finishing.
- Eccentricity measurement, outer diameter measurement, and lens height measurement are also included in the standard function.
