Wavefront Aberration Measuring Device WaveMaster Series
WaveMaster is transmitted wavefronts aberration measuring device for spherical and aspherical lenses.
Two types are available: a single placement type for research and development and an automatic measurement type for multiple lenses for mass production sites.
Features
- From good imaging optical systems corrected for aberration to single lenses with large aberrations, it can evaluate transmitted wavefronts with high speed and high accuracy.
- Various analyses such as Zernike aberration, 2D/3D WaveFront, -Fringe -Phase, Comparison, Real-Time-Tilt, - Defocus adjustment are possible.
- The sample holder is equipped with a 5-axis adjustment mechanism and an automatic collimator for tilt adjustment.
