High-precision Eccentricity Measuring Device OptiCentric Series
These measure the eccentricity of a single lens and a assembled lens with high accuracy and ease.
Workpiece diameter of measurement target can be measured from φ1 to φ900 depending on the model.
Measurement target
- Single lens - transmission, reflection eccentricity, mold lens decenter, mold core eccentricity, wedge, etc.
- Assembled lenses - DSCs in three groups, mobile aspherical lens units, projectors, stepper lens unit, interchangeable lenses, etc.

- Measurement range: EFL/R ±0.2 to 450mm (optional max. 2000mm)
- Rotary table: Vacuum suction rotary table, air bearing rotary table (centering error 0.05µm or less)
- Measurement accuracy: Resolution 0.01µm, absolute accuracy < 0.2µm, repeatability < 0.1µm per surface (standard deviation)
- Measurement time: 3s to 10s per side (single lens), 5s to 20s per side (fully automatic measurement for assembled lenses)
