Spherical Scale Spherometer
This is a device that measures the curvature radius and the amount of sag with high accuracy for quantitative evaluation at mass production sites for spherical mirrors and lenses.
Features
- Ruby balls with a sphericity of 0.1 μm or less is used for the contact ring.
- Equipped with a high-precision linear encoder, it can measure the amount of sag with high detection accuracy.
- Both uneven surfaces can be measured.
- Ruby balls are calibrated by NIST (National Institute of Technology USA) and come with a traceability certificate.
